Over Fifty Years of Service to Our Community

The Home Builders Association of Brevard, Inc. was incorporated in 1958 and chartered by the National Association of Home Builders on January 21st, 1959. The name of the association was changed in the late 1980s to  The Home Builders & Contractors Association of Brevard, Inc. (HBCA) to better describe the members that were being served.

HBCA  is a volunteer driven organization, with a small professional staff to provide guidance and organizational support for the volunteers.

Our association is dedicated to the fight for preserving private property rights and the affordability of housing. We build housing and we are dedciated to every American acquiring the American Dream, their own home!

Misssion Statement

The HBCA of Brevard is a professional, non-profit trade association, dedicated to the attainment of the “American Dream” of quality, affordable home ownership. We are actively involved in our local, state, and national legislature issues affecting our industry, and we are committed to providing educational and marketing opportunities to our members and to our community. We support a strong economic climate, while protecting the environment as the creators of positive community development to enhance our quality of life.
