Dave Armstrong Elected NAHB Life Director
HBCA Past President Dave Armstrong of Armstrong Custom Homes was elected a Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders at the association's IBS Board of Directors Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. Barry Rutenberg, NAHB Third Vice Chairman, thanked Dave for his dedication and commitment for attending and participating in NAHB's board of director meetings for the past 10 years. "The growth and scope of NAHB is largely due to involved and caring board members, " said Rutenberg. "The NAHB Senior Officers recognize that continuing contributions from involved members will help NAHB maintain the leadership position it enjoys in the building industry." A national director has to attend at least two meetings per year for 10 years to become a Life Director and earn a permanent seat on NAHB's Board of Directors.
