SAMTRAM

SAMTRAM is an acronym for Sales And Marketing TRAM (bus) that is organized by the Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) as an efficient means for Realtors to view Builder's model homes on a tour. Several homes and communities are visited on the tour where the Realtors ae typically treated to breakfast, lunch, beverages and door prizes along the way.
