We do our best to maintain the schedule, but sometimes there are unavoidable delays. Our daily departure time is 8:30 a.m. and approximate time of arrival is 1;30 p.m. Please plan accordingly.

BUILDERS: Only 12 stops are being offered on this tour. Be sure one of them is yours.
Only $150 for the first entry, $100 for each additional entry. Each model on the tour will host an approximately 20 minute visit. 1 breakfast stop and 1 lunch stop per day. Breakfast stops and lunch stops may still be available, but those requests are filling quickly.
REALTORS: There are a limited number of seats on this gorgeous motor coach each of the two days.

Day 1
As the SAMTram prepares to depart at 8:30 a.m., members of the GB Shelter Mortgage Team and The Title Company greet participants with Champagne Mimosa beverages and chilled water for Judy.
Day 2
Bus sponsors for the second day of Samtram are Cara Philpot, Marcia Bartley, Mary Gaviria, & Kala Bruss representing Seacoast National Bank and All Pro Title. Another day of fun, festivities, food and great model homes viewed by area Realtors!
Day 3
Day 3 of SAMTram – cloudy skies didn’t dampen the spirits of the group today! Sponsors from Chase Bank Pam Gross and Jack Rabel and Elisa Wagers of Better Insurance Group say “Aloha!” to Realtors Laura Gray, Dave Gaudreau and John Tobi as they prepare to board the bus for a tour of some of Brevard’s beautiful model homes.
