Attorney Morris Richardson will address the process for seeking reduction or elimination of code enforcement liens on foreclosed and distressed properties in Brevard County. Mr. Richardson serves as an Assistant County Attorney, and handles the County’s construction litigation matters, represents the Contractor Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement division, and works with the Contractors’ Licensing Board. He also serves as the Code Enforcement Lien Reduction Special Magistrate for the City of Palm Bay.
