Congratulations to Cindy Foley of Home Solution Specialists on being the October Member of the Month. Cindy has been the Chair of the Remodelers Council for two years and has been instrumental in increasing attendance at the monthly meetings.  She has also managed to find lunch sponsors and great speakers for every meeting. Cindy is one of those quietly efficient members who manages to accomplish many things behind the scenes and rarely seems to get the credit she deserves. Well we appreciate you Cindy and thank you for your many contributions.

Binki Kaiser of Binki Kaiser’s Sales Management Solutions is the HBCA September Member of the Month. Binki has been an active and loyal member of HBCA for over 20 years. Her exceptional sales and leadership skills have generated many new members into HBCA and SMC. She is a Red Level Spike with over 122 Spike credits, was a Charter Member of the SMC in 1990 and she chaired the SMC for two successful years. Binki’s sponsorship and organizational and planning skills were instrumental in the major success of the Sales and Marketing Council’s “Journey to Atlantis” Casino Night that was enjoyed by many HBCA members. Binki is a valuable asset to the Sales and Marketing Council and the HBCA. We thank you for your leadership and continued support!

The July Member of the Month is Melissa Stockstill of MindKube Creative Marketing.  She is an interactive marketer in the real estate industry and recently completed the MIRM designation. Even though Melissa has only been a member of HBCA for a year, she has been active in the Sales and Marketing Council. She jumped right in and volunteered to be the SMC Education Committee Chairperson. Melissa is also active in the FHBA SMC leadership. Her sunny disposition and quiet competence make her a valuable addition to HBCA’s councils and committees. Congratulations, Melissa on our July Member of the Month!

Home Solution Specialists

David Foley of Home Solution Specialists is the June Member of the Month. Even though Dave seems like a quiet guy, his actions speak louder than his words. He was instrumental in organizing and coordinating (with some help from his wife Cindy) in hosting the first Green Cleaning Yard Sale. The proceeds from this very successful event went to Builders Care and the Remodelers Council. Around HBCA, Dave is known as our green building guru and recently completed the LEEDS AP course. He is the current secretary for the HBCA Board of Directors as well as the Membership Committee Chairman. Thanks Dave for continuing to support the many HBCA activities and events.

Steve Vitani is the May Member of the Month. Steve is a Home Loan Specialist at Shelter Mortgage LLC. He has been very active on the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). As the SAMTRAM chairperson, he contributed many hours to make sure this event was a huge success. As if that huge project wasn’t enough, Steve will also be chairing the Casino Night committee. We often see Steve at other HBCA events, especially because Shelter Mortgage is such a supportive sponsor.  Congratulations Steve on being our well deserved member of the month!

Congratulations to Marcia Bartley of HBI Title on being the April Member of the Month. Marcia is the current Chair of the Spring Golf Tournament Committee where her boundless energy and great ideas make her a valuable asset to this committee. Marcia has been an associate director on the HBCA Board of Directors for five years and 2nd Vice President in 2008. In 2006 she won the Associate of the Year award. Over the years, she has been on the Associates /Trades Council, Membership Council, and SMC. As you can see, Marcia is very involved in many facets of HBCA. She is a valuable and much appreciated member of HBCA. We thank you for you many contributions.

Congratulations to Marie Lachance of Regal Properties International on being the March Member of the Month. Marie happily volunteered to host the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) table at the Associates/Trades Council Table Top Expo last month. Her positive outlook and boundless energy are valuable assets to the SMC. Marie is now actively working on the SAMTRAM committee. Her attitude about HBCA is that you get out of it what you put into it. Therefore, she is thrilled to become more involved in HBCA activities and events.
